A couple things to help you:
Sliding Scale means there is a fee but it is based on how much money you make. You usually need to take proof of your income with you.
The wait for your first appointment will usually be long. Schedule it anyway and ask to be put on a waiting list. They can call you if another appointment opens up.
If you find a better appointment somewhere else, please cancel any others.
Most places have interpreters. You must call them for information. I cannot schedule your appointments for you. If you need help, please meet with me and I will call with you.
